You will lead onboarding, training, and daily frontline tasks while upholding company policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Member service oversight ensuring great customer service at all times.
• Front desk responsibilities: greeting members, gym tours, addressing service issues.
• Provide support for team members and club members.
• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coaching and counseling performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of gym is prompt and proper.
• Staff training on current marketing promotions.
• Onboarding completion for new hires in Paycom.
• Club open and staffed during all hours.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers, coworkers, and the public.
• Active listening and problem-solving to resolve issues.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in interactions and communications.
• Maintain timely, effective communication with staff and departments to boost productivity.
