Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills in fitness or retail preferred.
• Experience managing Planet Fitness or similar club preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and team meets NFP standards.
• Recruitment: pre-screens, interviews, and hires.
• Drive membership sales and participate in community outreach.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and staff scheduling.
• Lead by example with servant leadership daily.
