Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong confidentiality and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; hospitality or club management background beneficial.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheets; solid leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive business and financial strategy plans for the club.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to meet revenue targets across operations.
• Lead department heads in Golf Operations, Agronomy, Facilities, Food & Beverage, Member Experience, and Sales.
• Build and develop a qualified leadership team of department heads.
• Guide employee development through performance reviews and cross-training.
• Execute sales, marketing, and revenue strategies aligned with financial plans.
• Control expenses and forecast to manage payroll ratios and expenditures.
• Ensure debt and lease obligations are met while adhering to policies.
• Foster member relationships and maintain high-quality facilities and services.
• Analyze member retention and implement strategies to improve loyalty.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and a member-centric service culture.
• Ensure operations comply with safety and regulatory obligations.
