National Fitness Partners in High Point, NC seeks a Club Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership growth, and ensure outstanding member experiences across Saturdays, Sundays and weekdays as scheduled. You will lead a servant-leadership team, recruit staff, schedule shifts, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with the Senior General Manager to hit financial and engagement targets.

You’ll coach and develop staff, enforce policies, coordinate safety, and participate in regional meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
• Experience managing staff and scheduling shifts.
• Comfort with payroll processes and basic HR tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club is fully staffed and aligned with standards.
• Drive membership sales and achieve KPI targets.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
