Job summary

Club Athletic seeks a Club Manager to drive member retention and the overall member experience across the club. You will balance hands-on coaching with operations management, mentoring coaches, and maintaining a high standard of service as members train and connect in their squads.

You will manage daily club operations, lead events and outreach, and own scheduling, reporting, and member data using Mindbody and GHL.

Qualifications

• NASM-CPT certification required.
• CPR/First Aid and AED certified.
• 2+ years coaching in group fitness or strength and conditioning.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Full-time availability, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, reach, climb, stand for extended periods, and lift at least 30 lbs.
