Job summary

Planet Fitness in Myrtle Beach is seeking a Club Manager to oversee daily club operations and deliver a top‑notch Judgement Free experience. You will recruit, coach, and lead the team to hit KPI goals and ensure exceptional member service.

You will hire, onboard, schedule, manage timecards, handle expenditures, and coordinate marketing initiatives while maintaining a safe, clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Customer Service experience.
• 2-3 years of experience supervising and leading a team.
• Must be able to work over 40 hours per week as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute hiring practices and onboarding new team members.
• Create staff schedules; ensuring all shifts are covered.
• Administer and process employee timecards in ADP.
• Manage the company card for expenditures, maintaining receipts.
• Conduct bank deposits.
• Oversee the ordering of club supplies and retail product.
• Trend Key Performance Indicators; identify root cause and plan improvements.
• Ensure team is aware of marketing efforts and trained on promotions.
• Set assigned tasks and lead team members in a safe and efficient manner.
• Model behaviors to provide an outstanding member experience and coach others.
