Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Cranston, RI is seeking a dynamic Club Manager to lead operations, financial performance, and the member experience. You will recruit and mentor a team of assistants, front desk staff, trainers, and instructors, while driving revenue and ensuring top service in a No Judgments environment.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in managing P&L, staff development, and sales strategy, with flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree in Business preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• 3+ years GM/Operations Manager experience in fitness/retail/hospitality.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a world-class team of managers, front desk staff, trainers and instructors.
• Own the club’s P&L and revenue growth; drive membership and personal training initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure safety, cleanliness and equipment standards.
• Create an unmatched member experience and foster a vibrant club culture.
