Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of management experience preferred (fitness, retail, or hospitality).
• Proven track record of smashing sales goals.
• Valid CPR/AED certification (or willing to acquire).

Responsabilités

• Drive membership sales and personal training revenue.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a stellar staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage club schedules and control operational expenses.
• Foster a welcoming environment and handle member issues.
• Engage in local community outreach.
