Crunch Fitness - Red Brick in Cranston, RI is seeking an energetic Personal Training Manager to lead a world-class team of trainers, drive personal training sales, and ensure every member has a clear path to their goals.

You’ll recruit, hire, and mentor staff, own the PT department revenue, oversee CrunchOne Kickoff, and maintain a high-energy, no-judgments gym floor.

Qualifications

• Certified leadership in fitness management and CPR/AED.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding monthly revenue goals.
• Experience designing periodized training programs.
• Ability to integrate boutique offerings (e.g., HIIT, boxing) into client plans.
• Proven coaching and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and mentor a diverse team of trainers.
• Own PT department revenue and close long-term training packages.
• Oversee the CrunchOne Kickoff to ensure client results.
• Maintain an energized, safe, and professional gym floor while upholding the No Judgments vibe.
