Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in White Bear Lake, MN, is seeking a hands-on Gym Operations Manager to oversee daily club performance, ensure a welcoming member experience, and drive financial success.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, manage front desk operations, coordinate payroll and banking, and partner with regional leadership on marketing and opens/closes. A strong customer service mindset and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Provide outstanding member service and oversee front desk activities.
• Greet potential members and give gym tours.
• Open/close the gym and ensure cleanliness and appearance.
• Process weekly payroll and handle banking deposits.
• Assist with marketing efforts and ensure staff are informed of campaigns.
• Provide backup support for employee absences.

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
