Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, drive member satisfaction, and ensure financial success. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, greet members with tours, resolve service questions, and maintain a positive club image.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the gym, enforcing policies, ordering supplies, and tracking inventory while coaching performance to meet company standards.
