Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in West Des Moines is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving financial success. You will lead front desk staff, recruit and train team members, greet members, conduct gym tours, and resolve service issues.

The role requires at least one year of managerial experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 year of managerial experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrate honesty and a good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience at all times.
• Provide front desk support: greet members, tours, and resolve service issues.
• Support coaching, performance counseling, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym and awareness of promotions.
• Administer onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and a positive club image.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
