Paycom - ATS is seeking a Gym Club Manager to oversee daily gym operations, ensuring an exceptional member experience and financial success. You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, while maintaining a welcoming front desk presence, guiding tours, and resolving member service issues.

You will coach performance, ensure adherence to company policies, manage opening/closing, and support ongoing marketing promotions.

Formación

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Honesty and good work ethic.
