Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, drive member experience, and ensure a financially successful club.

You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, greet members, give tours, resolve service issues, and maintain a positive club image while upholding company policies and promotions.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities
