Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise team members.
  2. Oversee member service ensuring all team members deliver excellent customer service.
  3. Participate actively in front desk tasks: greeting members, conducting gym tours, resolving service issues.
  4. Support team members and club members.
  5. Create and maintain a positive club image.
  6. Coach and counsel team members to meet standards.
  7. Ensure timely opening and closing of the gym.
  8. Train staff on current marketing promotions.
  9. Complete onboarding processes for new hires in Paycom.
  10. Maintain club hours with proper staffing.
  11. Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  12. Order supplies and manage inventory.
