Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Des Moines is seeking a hands-on Gym Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure a positive member experience, and drive a financially successful club.

You will recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff, provide coaching, manage front desk activities, and enforce company policies.
