Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Cedar Rapids, IA seeks an experienced Gym Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver a positive member experience and club profitability. You will recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, ensure front desk excellence, greet members, conduct gym tours and resolve service issues.

Other duties include coaching performance, enforcing policies, opening and closing the club, managing promotions, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of managerial experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to meet standards.
• Familiarity with hiring, training and scheduling.
