Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Gym Operations Supervisor to oversee daily club operations and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff, handle front desk tasks, and lead tours for potential members.

Responsible for opening/closing, cleanliness, and coordinating payroll and marketing initiatives. The role emphasizes strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills to maintain a welcoming, efficient club environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle member concerns.

Responsibilities

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
