Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a leader to oversee the CLUB credit loyalty program within Hospitality. You will drive member experience, acquisition, activation, retention, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to embed CLUB into guest interactions.

Build confident Associates who promote CLUB benefits and deliver legendary service at every touchpoint. The role requires 4–6+ years in Retail, Hospitality or marketing, strong leadership, and a proactive, guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 4 to 6+ years of Retail, Hospitality or marketing experience required.
• Ability to lead and coach Associates; strong training skills.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new CLUB Members and deliver a legendary experience to existing CLUB Members.
• Supervise daily activities of CLUB team and ensure policy compliance and service quality.
• Integrate CLUB loyalty into property culture, events, and guest experiences.
• Report and update Hospitality management on performance; attend leadership meetings.
• Provide superior customer service and promote CLUB benefits during Hospitality experiences.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve CLUB operations, efficiency and compliance.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
