Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• California Food Handler Card required.
• Prior professional kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced private club environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, season, portion, garnish, and present food for dining and events.
• Follow club recipes, portion standards, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
• Set up and maintain assigned stations before service.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
• Assist during high-volume service periods and events.
• Communicate promptly with culinary management regarding production needs and shortages.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and major club events.
