Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a Resort Club Level Concierge for Fairmont Gold to provide personalized guest service and insider knowledge of the area’s top attractions. Reporting to the Fairmont Gold Manager, you will deliver professional, engaging service and help guests arrange arrival and departure matters.

You will assist during lounge hours, build strong guest relationships, and collaborate with partners across the Fairmont family to ensure a memorable stay for Gold guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Microsoft Windows proficiency required.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills expected.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests.
• Offer concierge information on local attractions, restaurants, theaters, events, tickets, and services.
• Assist with arrival and departure for Fairmont Gold guests.
• Support lounge operations during food and beverage periods.
• Develop guest relationships and liaise with partners across Fairmont Gold and hotels.
