JEM Wellness Brands, Crunch Fitness partner, is hiring a General Manager in Training to lead daily club operations and drive member experience. You will recruit, train, and coach teams while delivering sales and service excellence in a fast-growth environment.

Responsibilities cover staffing, scheduling, KPI ownership, and market readiness for expansion. A day- Shift role with competitive compensation and a strong benefits package awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Fitness facility or customer service‑oriented management experience.
• Ability to execute objectives quickly and manage KPIs effectively.
• CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of labor control and staffing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing high-performing team members to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Lead with core values: Resilience, Service, Transformation, Excellence.
• Monitor and scoreboard staff performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Provide ongoing coaching, development plans, and regular staff meetings.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Carry individual production goals and contribute to revenue generation and membership growth.
• Lead by example in selling, closing, and conversion; analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies.
