As a GMIT, you will balance hands‑on leadership with personal accountability, preparing to assume a General Manager role as the organization expands its Crunch Fitness clubs. CPR/AED, staffing, and KPI ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing staff to maintain proper staffing levels.

• Monitor staff performance to meet KPI standards and provide coaching.
