Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville is seeking a Cook for culinary outlets at the Club. The role focuses on daily service execution, staff training, and maintaining food standards while creating a welcoming experience for members and guests.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of cooking experience, a valid Driver’s License, and great communication skills. Benefits include health insurance, 401(K) matching, and golf privileges.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a cook; experience in Private Clubs or Hotels preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Food Handlers Certification can be acquired through the club.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production in assigned culinary area.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization before, during, and after service.
• Assist in response to member culinary feedback with professionalism.
• Execute cleaning schedule and report maintenance requests.
