Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Cook 2 to join our kitchen team. You will set up your station, prep, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation while collaborating with Cook 1 and Cook 3 to ensure smooth service.

This role requires at least 4 years kitchen experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and a valid Food Handler certification. You must be able to work weekends and adhere to safety guidelines and club policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
• Valid Food Handler Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set up, execute daily prep, and organize your workstation.
• Prepare and store all food items for your station adhering to Invited standards.
• Maintain proper cooking techniques and consistent presentation of menu items.
• Prepare meals including soups, meats, gravies, vegetables, desserts, salads, and baked goods.
• Receive and store goods as requested and manage inventory control.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, addressing requests and concerns.
