Job summary

Invited is seeking a Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, setting a positive tone for their club experience. You will uphold the 3-steps of service, assist with member services, and keep the host area organized to support the team.

The role reports to the Food & Beverage Director and requires professionalism, clean presentation, and the ability to handle high-pressure moments with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service/hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests by name, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Seat members and guests with high-quality service and attention to needs.
• Converse professionally, staying calm under pressure.
• Assist service staff and maintain Invited service standards.
• Close out the host podium and keep areas organized and sanitized.
• Attend daily briefings and wear a clean, neat uniform."
