Job summary

Invited Clubs in Colorado seeks a friendly Host to warmly greet and seat members and guests, ensuring a smooth start and finish to their visit. You will uphold the 3-steps of service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will keep the host area organized, assist with member services, and support the team while handling sensitive member information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name and provide a welcoming experience.
• Seat members/guests with high-quality service and attention to needs.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Assist service staff and adhere to Invited service standards.
• Keep host podium organized and complete end-of-shift duties.
• Stock supplies and keep work areas clean and sanitized.
