Job summary

Invited Clubs in Frisco, TX seeks a friendly Host to be the first and last touchpoint for members and guests, ensuring a seamless club experience. You will warmly greet and seat guests, uphold service standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere as part of the 3-steps of service.

You will keep the host area organized, assist with member services, coordinate with team members, and maintain professionalism while following safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service or hospitality is an advantage.
• Experience operating a multi-line telephone system.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive member information with confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests by name and provide a welcoming experience.
• Seat members/guests while ensuring high-quality service.
• Converse professionally and stay calm under pressure.
• Assist service staff and adhere to Invited standards.
• Keep the host podium organized and close it out at shift end.
• Complete daily assignments and stock supplies as needed.
• Support team efforts to deliver the 3-steps of service.
• Notify management of complaints and assist with service recovery.
• Handle last-minute requests professionally.
