Job summary

Afbluestar operates a club in Sioux Falls and is seeking a results-driven leader to drive membership, training, and merchandise sales while coaching staff to meet KPI targets. You will manage club operations and partner with the leadership team to promote a positive member experience.

You will implement marketing campaigns, oversee delinquency management, and supervise the Personal Training department to sustain growth and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Personal Training Certification a plus.
• 1-3 years of Sales experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred; ability to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Review daily sales with club managers to improve revenue.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach as directed.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Review and pursue delinquencies; collect on delinquent member accounts if needed.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Maintain club and equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Lead the Personal Training department growth and oversee training sessions as needed.
• Attend meetings and contribute to KPI reviews and strategy discussions.
