Job summary

Afbluestar is seeking a Club Manager / Personal Trainer to run daily gym operations, deliver training sessions, and drive membership and personal training sales. You will create a clean, welcoming environment and lead customer-focused growth.

You will conduct body scans, fitness consultations, and tailor plans, engage with members and prospects, manage scheduling and payments, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals while keeping the club vibrant.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with ability to learn new software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven ability to lead a team, self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership and personal training sales to achieve monthly goals.
• Engage with prospects, new members, and current members to schedule tours and support retention and usage.
• Stay organized and on track with your sales and outreach efforts using a structured daily process.
• Implement local marketing campaigns with organic social media content and reach out to the community, strengthening brand awareness and building local connections.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1-15 members, ensuring each session is effective, safe, and engaging.
• Continuously monitor and assist clients during sessions to ensure proper technique and safe use of equipment.
