Job summary

Anytime Fitness in Maryland is seeking a Club Sales Manager who is energetic, personable, and focused on delivering an exceptional member experience while driving membership, training, and merchandise sales.

You will lead club staff, execute local marketing campaigns, analyze reports, and partner with the District Manager to grow profitability. Applicants should have proven sales leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• Ability to lead a team and self-start.
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute local marketing campaigns as directed by Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Collect on delinquent member accounts and support staff.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Maintain club and equipment in clean condition.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Attend weekly meetings and trainings; support staff with goal setting and performance reviews.
