Job summary

Anytime Fitness in the United States (California) is seeking a motivated club operations professional to drive daily memberships and personal training revenue through coaching and KPI tracking. You will lead the sales process, execute local marketing campaigns, manage a positive member experience, and oversee club operations, including inventory, scheduling, and timekeeping.

This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and a hands-on approach in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Personal Training Certification a plus; CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred and obtainable.
• 1–3 years of Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Review daily sales process with club managers to boost revenue.
• Execute marketing campaigns and community outreach as directed by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to enhance engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience and follow-up with members and prospects.
• Manage delinquent accounts and collect on balances as needed.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the club and equipment.
• Perform weekly bank deposits, till counts, and inventory checks.
• Oversee time-off requests and timecards; review club KPIs.
• Review and maintain KPIs for your club.
• Support team development through meetings and evaluations.
• Partner with leadership to ensure club success.
