Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Corona, CA seeks a General Manager to lead our club toward membership growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence. You will drive sales, oversee a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will manage club operations, safety, budgeting, and community outreach while fostering a welcoming culture that motivates staff and members to reach fitness goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams to implement and deliver on member and team initiatives through a strong service focus.
• Ability to create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification is required within 30 days of hire; certification maintained throughout employment.
• Personal Training certification required within 90 days of hire (degree may satisfy in lieu of certification).

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and other revenue streams to exceed targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals.
• Coach and lead the team with clear objectives and accountability.
• Build relationships with members through a welcoming, community-focused environment.
• Oversee club operations, including facility maintenance and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Implement safety protocols per health and safety regulations.
• Engage with the local community through events and outreach.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and incentives.
• Ensure policy and regulatory compliance across operations.
