You will oversee daily club operations, budget management, safety, and community outreach to attract and retain members, requiring strong leadership, communication, and service culture commitment.

Qualifications

• Management experience and a track record of success in leading teams in retail/fitness environments.
• Experience supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development and promotions.
• Ability to drive member and service culture through leadership and accountability.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; company supports training.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire, or a degree in related field may satisfy this.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with shared goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership to ensure objectives are met.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused club environment for members.
• Oversee daily club operations, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and health regulations met.
• Engage with the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention initiatives and programs.
