Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Torrance is seeking a General Manager to lead membership growth, revenue generation, and operational excellence while delivering an outstanding member experience. You will guide a high-performing team and drive targets with accountability and a one-team mindset.

Responsibilities include strategy development, staff coaching, safety and facility standards, budget oversight, and community outreach to attract new members.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness.
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with promotion outcomes.
• Strong service culture and communication skills.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; PT cert within 90 days.
• Degree in related field may satisfy certification requirement.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to drive membership sales and revenue.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and leadership with a one-team mindset.
• Oversee club operations, safety protocols, and budgets.
• Build relationships within the local community and drive retention.
