Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a General Manager to lead one club location in Houston, TX, delivering a high-impact, member-first experience across sales, operations, and team performance.

You will partner with the Area Manager to develop talent, drive revenue, and build an inclusive, high-energy culture while ensuring accountability and growth. This hands-on role leads from the front to meet club goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience driving membership, service, or sales and improving conversion.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and performance across the club including sales, operations, and member experience.
• Own revenue, payroll, and performance metrics; take decisive action to improve results.
• Develop leaders to deliver results and engagement.
• Create an inclusive, high-energy culture with strong teammate accountability.
• Schedule and ensure daily operations meet standards and safety requirements.
