Fitness Connection is seeking a General Manager to lead one club location in Raleigh, NC, delivering a high-impact, member-first experience that drives sales, operations and team performance.

You will partner with the Area Manager to develop talent, build an inclusive, high-energy culture, and ensure standards are met while providing a welcoming environment where teammates can grow and members see real results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience driving membership, service, or sales growth.
• Ability to coach and develop teams.
• Experience with monthly revenue targets (e.g., $125K+).

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front by achieving personal sales targets.
• Oversee club performance across sales, operations and member experience.
• Own revenue, payroll, and performance metrics.
• Identify gaps and implement solutions to increase sales and member satisfaction.
