Retro Fitness Houston seeks a General Manager to run a high volume club and lead a team across sales, fitness and operations. You will own results, coach staff on the floor, and drive member satisfaction with urgency and daily execution.

This leadership role offers ownership over performance, with clear upside and potential to advance in the Houston market. You will manage budgets, schedules, and key metrics while maintaining high energy, safety, and service levels.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years leading teams of 5 to 15 people.
• 3 to 5 years in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience driving sales and retention.
• Comfortable owning performance metrics and budgets.
• Strong communicator who can coach and correct in the moment.
• High accountability and hands on leadership style.
• CPR certified or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across Sales, Fitness, Front Desk, and Cleaning.
• Own membership growth, personal training revenue, and retention.
• Build and hold accountable a high performing team.
• Reinforce Retro Fitness standards through daily example.
• Be visible on the floor coaching staff and engaging members.
• Resolve member issues with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage schedules, payroll accuracy, and staffing coverage.
• Track key metrics and manage the club to budget.
• Partner closely with your Regional Manager on strategy and results.
• Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays except Christmas.
