24 Hour Fitness is seeking a General Manager in Richardson, TX, to lead club operations and drive membership sales while achieving revenue targets. You will manage a high-performing team, ensure an exceptional member experience, and maintain safe, compliant operations at the Richardson location.

The role emphasizes coaching, community engagement, and budgeting to maximize profitability, with a schedule aligned to peak business hours.

Competenze

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable outcomes
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; certification maintained thereafter
• Personal Training certification required within 90 days of hire; degree in related field may satisfy
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Admin, Sports Management, Exercise Science or related field

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset
• Provide coaching and leadership to achieve objectives and foster accountability

• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability
