Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Spring, TX seeks an accomplished General Manager to drive membership growth, revenue, and club performance. You will lead a high‑performing team to deliver an exceptional member experience while achieving ambitious sales goals.

You’ll oversee operations, budgets and safety, cultivate community relationships, and create a culture of accountability to consistently exceed targets. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2-4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire; training provided at no cost.
• Personal Training certification within 90 days of hire; degree in related field may satisfy requirement.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail and other revenue streams and exceed targets.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide coaching and leadership, set clear objectives and accountability.
• Build relationships with members to create a welcoming, community-focused environment.
• Oversee club operations, facilities, equipment, and cleanliness.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability per policies.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
• Engage with the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop member retention programs and engagement initiatives.
• Communicate policies and standards.
