24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a General Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a high-performing team and drive membership growth, revenue, and operational excellence. You will deliver exceptional member experiences while achieving aggressive sales targets and maintaining a welcoming club atmosphere.

The role emphasizes driving revenue across fitness, retail, and other streams, plus coaching teams, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and policy compliance in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of management experience in the broader retail/hospitality/fitness industry.
• 2–4 years of progressive management experience supervising 3–10+ employees with measurable development and promotion outcomes.
• Ability to inspire and lead teams to implement and deliver on member and team member initiatives through a strong service focus and creating and implementing a consistent and robust service culture.
• Ability to create an outstanding member and team member experience with a high-performance culture through people development, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, fitness, retail, and revenue streams, exceeding targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Create a welcoming, community-focused club environment to engage and retain members.
• Oversee daily club operations, maintenance, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize profitability.
• Implement safety protocols in line with health and safety regulations.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention strategies and engagement programs.
• Promote adherence to company policies and standards.
• Maintain a schedule aligned to peak business hours.
