Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking a General Manager to run a high-energy club, oversee six department leaders, and own overall performance. You’ll coach teams, drive membership growth, and manage personal training growth while maintaining an exceptional member experience.

You will lead a team of up to 70, ensuring targets in membership, retention, and revenue are met. A bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage labor, and lead overall business performance.
• Experience coaching teams to execute sales strategies and deliver results across membership enrollment, personal training, and service upgrades.
• Strong leadership presence with a track record of developing leaders and building engaged teams.
