Job summary

VASA Fitness in Draper, Utah is opening a brand-new club and building the team from day one. The General Manager will run the entire club, lead six department heads, and drive membership growth, personal training, and member experience.

You will train with an established club to learn the role, then launch the new location, coaching leaders and teams to high performance while maintaining a culture of accountability and energy.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage labor, and lead overall business performance.
• Experience coaching teams to execute sales strategies and deliver results across membership enrollment, personal training, and service upgrades.
• Strong leadership presence with a track record of developing leaders and building engaged teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead club operations and oversee up to six department leaders to drive performance.
• Coach teams on sales execution and member conversion, growth of personal training, and service upgrades.
• Maintain an energetic, accountable culture and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee hiring, training, and staff development to support growth and culture.
