VASA Fitness is seeking a General Manager to run the club’s operations, drive revenue, and develop leaders across six department heads. You will coach teams on membership growth, personal training, and service upgrades while managing up to seventy staff members.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a multi-department service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, manage labor, and lead overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead club operations and own business performance.
• Oversee up to 70 employees, including six department leaders.
• Set the standard for sales execution and coach teams to convert memberships, PT growth, and service upgrades.
• Balance business performance with people development and culture of accountability.
