Qualifications

• Understanding of facility operations per company standards.
• Knowledge of facility systems for operations, sales, and management.
• Proficient in the software programs used at the facility.
• Ability to motivate and manage staff effectively.
• Proven track record of personal production and leading production meetings.
• Understanding of sales reporting and how it drives performance improvements.
