Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert is seeking a detail‑driven Club Accountant to handle weekly financial reporting, account reconciliations, and HR/payroll submissions. This role reports to the Club Manager and Corporate Controller and includes AR/AP management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance, strong Excel skills, and at least two years of relevant experience; hospitality/club background is a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in accounting and/or finance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Team player with customer service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hospitality/club experience preferred.
• Ability to pass background and credit checks.

Mansioni

• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting packages.
• Forecast cash flow and perform related accounting duties.
• Handle daily revenue reconciliation and cash deposits.
• Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable.
• Assist HR with payroll submissions and employee records.
• Maintain general ledger and perform variance analyses.
• Provide support to club management and department heads.
• Coordinate with corporate office as needed.
