Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep clubs well maintained and safe, ensuring all mechanical systems operate correctly.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance and repairs of plumbing, lighting, millwork, and door hardware to provide a positive experience for members and guests. The role requires 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to repeatedly bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move about the club for prolonged periods.
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, and laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures, and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements via logs/inspections.
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, including immediate response to emergencies.
• Records all repair and preventative maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
