Job summary

In-Shape Fitness in Elk Grove, CA seeks a Club Technician to maintain the safety, function, and appearance of our facilities, equipment, pools, and building systems. You will perform preventative and restorative maintenance under leadership of a GM and Director of Operations.

The role requires hands-on repairs to fitness equipment, plumbing, electrical, and cosmetic work, plus strong organization to track work orders and support budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in health club, hospitality, or property management environments.
• Willingness for overtime and after-hours work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
