Job summary

In-Shape Fitness is seeking a Club Technician to maintain and repair the club's facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure safety and optimal operation. You will work under the General Manager and collaborate with the Director of Operations to plan and execute preventative and preventive maintenance.

The role requires hands-on technical skills across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing areas, plus the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as needed within

Qualifications

• Experience repairing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Experience in health clubs or similar environments.
• Willing to work overtime and after-hours.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Willing to learn new processes/technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety policies.
• Conduct daily facility walk-through and perform repairs.
• Coordinate with GM to prioritize tasks and manage repairs.
• Provide repair vs. replacement recommendations to GM.
• Perform repairs on fitness equipment, plumbing, electrical, pool, and other systems.
