Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs safe and well maintained. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, lighting, millwork and door hardware while ensuring all mechanical systems operate reliably in a high-energy health club setting.

Day to day you will inspect assets, log activities, prioritize repairs, and respond to emergencies. Successful candidates have 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience and CPR/AED certification

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training.
CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire.
Ability to lift and carry 20+ lbs repeatedly.
Must be able to move around a busy club environment.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems.
Verifies temperatures, pressures, and chemistry meet requirements.
Responds to repair requests and emergencies promptly.
Records all activities in the Maintenance Tracking software.
